2 Egg Yolks
2 Tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
¾ Tsp Celtic Sea Salt
½ Tsp Mustard Powder
½ Tsp Paprika Powder
Sprinkle Black Pepper (about 2 grinds with a pepper mill)
1 Cup Macadamia Nut Oil (1 ½ cups if you want thinner mayo)
